📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
For Retreat Materials & Physical Goods (if applicable):

Shipping Fees: All shipping fees are clearly listed at checkout. We do not charge hidden fees. If shipping is free, it will be clearly noted.

Delivery Method: We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the product ordered.

Delivery Timeframe: Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, with delivery expected within 7–10 business days from the shipping date.

For Retreats & Digital Goods:

Digital Products (e.g., guides, recordings, retreat prep materials) are delivered via email or secure download immediately after payment.

If you do not receive your digital content within 24 hours, please contact us at hello@nicaylaretreats.com so we can assist you.
🔁 RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to feel safe and supported in your healing journey. Please read the following refund policies carefully:
For Retreats:
Because our retreats require extensive preparation and space is limited:

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel 30 days or more before the retreat start date, you may request a refund for any amount paid beyond the deposit.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat are not eligible for a refund unless your spot can be filled from our waitlist.

If Nicayla Retreats cancels the retreat, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.
For Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.

If you did not receive your product or received a damaged file/link, please contact us within 7 days for assistance or replacement.
For Physical Products (if sold):

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
